# Voice, WhatsApp and chat under your brand

> Which channels you can resell on Agency White Label, how each one is billed, and how you set your clients' prices for calls and chat.

## Which channels can I resell under my own brand?

Six. Agency White Label covers phone calls, WhatsApp chats and calls, a website widget, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs and SMS, all on your domain and logo. Voice is billed in minutes, chat in credits at 100 credits to \$1, and you decide what your clients pay for each one.

Calls land in the call log, chats land in one inbox, and the same agent runs every channel.

## How do I bill my clients for calls and chat?

You create your own plans with included minutes and chat credits, set your own per-minute price, and add a markup on each chat service. Clients pay you through your own Stripe account. Credits run at 100 to \$1, and an AI reply costs 1.5 credits (\$0.015) at platform cost before your markup.

The plan builder shows your cost and profit per plan as you set it up. If you switch it on, clients with spare minutes can swap them for credits at 9 credits a minute.
