Synthflow removed in-product reselling on 15 September 2026. Since that date, pricing plans in Synthflow no longer drive billing, customer subscriptions collected through Synthflow have stopped working, and Synthflow no longer auto-purchases or tops up minutes for a subaccount. Connected Stripe accounts were disconnected. Source: Synthflow’s reselling migration guide.
On the Agency White Label plan (419/month,3,500includedminutes,0.09 per extra minute, unlimited client sub-accounts) reselling is the core product, not an add-on. You connect your own Stripe account, build your own plans, and your clients subscribe and pay on your platform.
Migration support is included with Agency White Label. There is no migration fee and no setup fee. Send us your current plan structure and we will map it across for you.
What you need to move
Collect your data first
Export your subaccounts and their usage
Use Synthflow’s Subaccounts API to export every subaccount along with its minutes_used. Do this as early as you can: your Stripe connection to Synthflow has been removed, so the billing side of that data only gets harder to reconstruct.Record for each client: company name, contact email, the plan they are on, their monthly included minutes, their overage rate, and the minutes they have consumed this cycle.
Note what each client is actually paying you
Your retail prices live in your Stripe account, not in Synthflow. Pull the active subscriptions and their amounts from Stripe so you can recreate the same commercial terms and avoid a surprise for the client.
Check which client subscriptions are still active in Stripe
Synthflow disconnected reselling Stripe accounts on 15 September 2026. Open your Stripe dashboard and list which client subscriptions are still active, paused or failing, so nobody is left being charged twice, or not at all, while you rebuild.
Rebuilding on Autocalls
Recreate your plans
Open Administration → Plans and create one plan per tier you sold in Synthflow. See Plans and pricing setup for every field. For each plan set:
- Included minutes and included chat credits (both are fixed after creation, so get them right first time)
- Extra minutes cost, your retail per-minute rate. The minimum is your own platform cost
- Plan limits: assistants, parallel calls, campaigns, cloned voices, number rentals, automation runs
- Order, Is Active and Is Featured for how it appears on your pricing page
The plan builder shows your cost against your retail price while you type, so you set margin deliberately instead of reconciling it afterwards.Included minutes and included chat credits cannot be changed after a plan is created. If you get one wrong, create a replacement plan and move the client onto it.
Connect your Stripe account
Connect your own Stripe account so clients subscribe and pay you directly. See Billing and payment management.Make sure Stripe Tax is configured on the connected account before you invite anyone. An unconfigured Stripe Tax setup is the single most common cause of a “Something went wrong” error when a client tries to upgrade or buy credits. The billing page has the full checklist. Brand the platform
Set your custom domain, logo, colours, product name, sender emails and support contact so your clients never see the word Autocalls. See White label overview and Onboarding. Create the client accounts
Create an account per client and put them on the matching plan. If a client is mid-cycle in Synthflow, either start them fresh on your platform at the beginning of their next Synthflow cycle, or use a complimentary allocation to cover the overlap so nobody pays twice.See User limits for the per-client controls. Move the phone numbers
You have three options per number:
- Buy a new number inside the platform, in 150+ countries. Fastest, and the usual choice for numbers that were never printed on marketing material.
- Connect your existing carrier over SIP and keep the numbers exactly where they are. See SIP integration.
- Port the number. Whether this is possible depends on the country and on the carrier you are leaving. Send us the list and we will tell you which ones move.
See Supported countries and Managing numbers. Rebuild the assistants
Recreate each client’s assistant: prompt, initial message, voice, language, tools and knowledge base. You do not bring API keys with you. Every language model, every voice from ElevenLabs, Cartesia, Inworld and Azure, and every transcription engine is included in your per-minute rate.Start from Prompt templates and adapt, rather than pasting Synthflow prompts across unchanged. Tool names differ between platforms, and a prompt that names a tool that does not exist will make the assistant loop.
After you switch
- Automatic top-ups run from the plan rules. A client who runs out of minutes mid-cycle is topped up without you doing anything.
- Overage is billed automatically at the rate you set on the plan.
- Spend controls are per-plan limits and caps, so one runaway campaign cannot drain your balance.
- Margin is visible in the plan builder and in your usage reporting, rather than reconciled by hand at month end.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to move now that the 15 September 2026 deadline has passed?
No. Your Synthflow subaccounts, permissions, branding, custom domain and products keep working. What stopped is billing your clients through the product. If you were not using Synthflow’s pricing plans, the change does not affect you.
Is there a fee per client or per sub-account?
No. Agency White Label is 419amonthforunlimitedclientsub−accounts.Nosetupfee,nofeeperclient,norevenueshare.Youpaytheplanplus0.09 for each minute over the 3,500 included. Can my clients keep their existing prices?
Yes. You set the retail price per plan, so you can recreate exactly what they pay today. Nothing forces you to reprice during a migration, and repricing at the same time as a platform move is a good way to lose a client who would otherwise not have noticed.
Do I need my own OpenAI or ElevenLabs account?
No. Every model, voice and transcription engine is built into the platform and covered by your per-minute rate. You never connect an API key and you never receive a second bill from a provider.
What about call history and recordings from Synthflow?
Call records do not transfer between platforms. Export anything you or your clients need to keep from Synthflow before you close the account. See Data migration for what we can import on our side.
