How do I bill my clients for calls and chat?
You create your own plans with included minutes and chat credits, set your own per-minute price, and add a markup on each chat service. Clients pay you through your own Stripe account. Credits run at 100 to $1, and an AI reply costs 1.5 credits ($0.015) at platform cost before your markup. The plan builder shows your cost and profit per plan as you set it up. If you switch it on, clients with spare minutes can swap them for credits at 9 credits a minute.
