Tests run against the saved assistant. If you have just changed the prompt, the voice or a tool, save before testing — in the builder the panel shows Unsaved changes with a Save button.

Phone call

The assistant rings your phone, or you dial its number.Closest to the real thing: real network, real audio, transfers work.

Voice call in browser

Talk to it through your computer, using your microphone.Quickest way to hear a prompt change. Call transfers do not run here.

Text chat

Type instead of talking, and read the answers.Free. Best for shaping the prompt before you listen to anything.

The panel follows the call direction

An assistant that makes calls shows What number should it ring?, a country picker and a phone field. Type your number and press Call me now — your phone rings within a few seconds. The number is remembered in your browser for next time. An assistant that answers calls is the other way round: it shows Call this number with the number to dial, its nickname and a copy button, and there is no Call me now. You do not need a phone number to try an assistant. Both browser tests work straight away, and Call me now falls back to a shared platform number when the assistant has none of its own — so the caller ID you see will not be yours.

What each test costs

Every minute of a phone call or a browser call deducts one minute from your balance. The test chat is free.

What testing cannot prove

  • Browser calls do not run call transfers, and do not show real telephone audio quality
  • The text chat proves what the assistant says, not how it sounds or how it handles interruptions
  • A test call from a shared number tells you nothing about your own caller ID, and a campaign will still refuse to start until the assistant has its own number

New accounts

On a new account, the first Call me now asks you to verify your phone number once. Use Verify my number, then come back — from then on test calls go to that verified number.
