Simple
A guided setup, then one page that shows what your assistant does, what it sounds like and what
it is connected to. Each row has a Change button.Best for: getting a working assistant quickly, and day-to-day changes.
Advanced
The full builder: every setting, grouped into sections in a sidebar, with version history and
an advisor.Best for: tuning voice and timing, tools, variables, webhooks and the web widget.
Nothing is lost either way
There is one assistant underneath both editors. An assistant built in Simple opens fully in Advanced, with every setting the guided setup filled in for you. Changes made in Advanced show up in Simple straight away.Which one you land on
The switch is remembered. Whichever half you pick becomes the editor you land on the next time you open an assistant, until you switch again. You can also set it in your profile.Where each one starts
- New Assistant opens the guided Simple setup
- The dropdown next to that button offers the Advanced form, which walks the same sections as the builder and ends in Create assistant
